I used to buy Starecase records mainly for the fine structural arrangement of their tracks. Typically a Starecase track would start with a breakbeat intro and then followed by a 4/4 kick drum, the trackS might shift between breakbeats & kicks which i loved. They usually built up a very moody atmosphere, First Floor Deadlock & Sexy Sadie remix are fine examples. I went through a massive bender of buying tracks with this type of breakbeat & 44/ kick mashups and still do if i can find them so if you are a lover of this type of structural arrangement then Starecase is a good place to start !!!!
