As a long time unconditional Bruce fan, I am happy to have this. These are my thoughts (in progress):
1. This is overpriced.
2. The pressing of The Ghost ... is TERRIBLE! Lots and lots of continuous surface noise. This is a quiet record, and the noise is unacceptable!
3. The book is nice (but see #1 above).
4. You get an mp3 code to download this material. I appreciate it.
5. Not sure the plangent process does much in improving the sound of these records. I was way more pleased and impressed with the remaster of the first volume (first album up to BITUSA).
6. Human Touch and Lucky Town are very good records. They need to be listen more, and given proper recognition.
7. The Live record is another story. It is a love or hate album. I am not a hater, so I rather love it ...
8. The Greatest Hits compilation (with Streets of Philadelphia, Murder Inc, Secret Garden and This Hard Land) should have been included in this set.
