Bought two different copies of the Hoagy 3xLP - on both side F is totally distorted, abolute crap.
I had to buy two copies from the Kourosh 3xLP as well, at least the second copy was ok in that case.
"Never-again" would be a better label name as far as vinyl releases are concerend.
At least nice contact with the label (Ben).

My problem is not with quality but with how they offer double/treble pack vinyl for sale only to find once it lands its not what I ordered.
It happened to me with the Richard Marks album, no triple vinyl just the double pack, and again its just happened to me again with the Ray Alexander Technique album, advertising double pack vinyl only to find the single vinyl pack was sent out. Even on the single vinyl pack it refers to the double pack on the info strip. How the hell am I supposed to buy with any confidence when for second time Iv been shafted. Not good, not good at all.

People! Now Again Records have been one of the premier, most honest, fair, well researched, ethically done and frankly deepest reissue labels you are going to find. I have been collecting reissues, legit and not, good quality and not for over 25yrs. I owned a record store specializing in reissues of the holy grails and not so holy from every corner of the music world for over 8yrs. Be glad someone is even reissuing this stuff. Be glad the artists are getting some recognition and in this case compensation as well. Stop complaining, or go buy the original....... thats what I thought.

These guys are total frauds pushing "audiophile" quality records but don't know a thing when it comes to actually putting together a quality release.

I have picked up copies of quite a few Now Again Lps and cds over the years, and find their quality control is no worse than anyone else. I've had major-label reissues with the wrong B-side, and other indie labels with defects. If you get something defective, bring it back to the store or contact the label directly (I had Water/Runt send me a new copy of one defective disc I got that I couldnt return to the store.)

Charge way to much for their "Reserve" series reissues and the quality control is absolutely horrible. Pressings scuffed, scratched and dinged the worst I have ever seen on brand new records. The records are issued in generic white paper sleeves that are super damaging to the vinyl itself. For $50+ you're getting absolute shit. Just do us a favor and stop reissuing amazing music unless you start caring about the quality of the record pressing. I'll never buy from this label again.

My experiences with this label so far have mostly been of great music and surreally bad quality control of the actual CDs and LPs.
I have purchased and returned THREE 3xLP copies of their Kourosh Yaghmaei compilation, all of which have included at least one LP that was warped to the point of skipping through multiple tracks.
Then I tried the 2xCD version, which included two copies of Disc #2 and no copies of Disc #1.
Anyone else have any similar experiences?
