Miles Davis – Live-Evil

Prefer this over the MOV. They sound close, but the vinyl is better pressed, the instruments sound more organic, and it sounds a generation closer to the master.

Sound all right. The inner sleeves though are perfect if you wanna get your record scratched.

I ordered this via Amazon...the first was warped and went back, the second is also warped and will also go back. Not sure if the pressing was bad or if Amazon stores them wrong...I have heard both as issues in the past... Good that Amazon has a great costumer service! Too bad, would have like this record to be in my collection!

Some surface noise here and there, overall excellent sound quality, and a great pressing. Glad I have it.

This is a very solid press. If you can, don't hesitate to buy.

Are these definitely stamped matrices? Mine are etched, not stamped.

Incredible quality. Very well pressed, with little to no surface noise to speak of. Really well done.

Waste of a release. I'm not sure why Sony hates "On The Corner" so much. There is a double album's worth of unreleased stuff from the CD box set that would make a great 2xLP.

Good SQ and nice jacket, wish the inners weren’t paper. Also wish mine were flat which they are not. Doesn’t really affect the SQ but annoying to look at.
