Zoogz’s eighth SST LP in just over a year. Great picture of Jack Brewer in a bathtub on the back cover. Brewer guests here. As do quite a few other folks. And like many great artists, Mr. Rift’s progress does not seem vertical so much as lateral. He knows what he wants to do, and he’s happy to do more of it. I should really take the time to figure out his full discography, but this is another mix of neo-dadaism and busy post-Zappa rock.
