- When the first 500 copies arrived from the pressing plant in December 2000 Brian Young had not finished the artwork yet. To satisfy the demand from Japan I created the "alternate" sleeve, used almost entirely for export. When the artwork appeared I changed the colour of the paper for the first 25 copies - in true Good Vibrations style! Number 1 - 5: black and white, number 5 - 10 black on yellow, number 11 - 15 black on green, number 16 - 20: black on blue, number 21 - 25: black on orange. The first 500 numbered copies (mostly export sleeves) quickly sold out. So I ordered another 500 copies soon after (February 2001). As I got tired of folding the sleeves all of these copies came in a printed - not photocopied - sleeve on yellow paper.
- At least one copy exists (mine) with the same sleeve, but not handnumbered.
