Rezensionen

Both compilations presented a whole number of unique artists/performers many of whom were around for years, but (with some exceptions) never became famous for various reasons. Motop 2, however, is a little bit more noisy, but no less unusual.
You have a whole wide spectrum of WTF'ucks ranging from Onomatopoeia collage describing weird situation in lingerie shop to another round of psychological training by mr. Eber to double aural assault by Kapotte Muziek/Merzbow.
All in all, this record is a great way to find out about some of the most interesting names in underground electronic/experimental music, some of which are still active today. There were also plans to release a third part in the series/re-release vinyl-only Motop 1, but due to some problems (most likely financial ones) it never happened.
