Sa Pa – 風物詩

This type of comment gets thrown out a lot out there but I remember exactly the day and moment when I first listened to this album and was completely blown away by how unique it is. The amount of 'texture' in this album is insane. It really is a trip. The dynamic range is next-level.

風物詩 means a poetry in Japaneese. Oh yes, this is a poetry. I'm always very excited to listen this album again and again and again.

Amazing LP, that go's extremely deep and visual.

Smoky, machine-like pumping Dub Techno, with a warm and viscid tenor. At times, it sounds like you're diving through the bloodstream with the heart beating in eccentric distances. This fourth FORUM release (preceded by the outstanding "Aufgang" by Zum Goldenen Schwarm) shows that the boys and girls of Giegling are still at the forefront of obscure and experimental Techno music in Europe.

Fantastic release! Putting this one in my end of year lists for sure.

Incredible f***ing techno music! Everytime i listen to this, new sounds crawling out of the dark! As airports says: Don't sleep on this! It's a masterpiece... you won't get it at the first listening! You have to "read" it again and again...
