The best-selling records on Discogs in March 2024 include new releases from legendary metal artists, modern albums full of soul, and recent reissues of classic ‘90s records. 

In March 2024, new releases from Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson and Judas Priest both secured places on the month’s best-selling list. The Mandrake Project is Dickinson’s first solo album since 2005, so fans have been more than eager to pick up a new record from the beloved vocalist. 

Judas Priest’s Invincible Shield is the band’s first full-length since 2018’s Firepower, which topped the charts and was praised for being one of their best efforts in years. Collectors grabbed copies of the limited-edition red vinyl pressing of their latest record to fully experience another late-career triumph from Rob Halford and Co. 

Albums from Holybrune and Cleo Sol also topped the best-selling list in March 2024. A clear vinyl repress of Holybrune’s retro-pop EP Joyride and the latest full-length from Cleo Sol both inspired fans to collect records that tap into some eclectic neo-soul sounds. 

Recent reissues of popular ‘90s records also cracked the top 25. New pressings of Alice In Chains’ Jar Of Flies and Mazzy Star’s So Tonight That I Might See both ended up in quite a few collections. 

Additional noteworthy releases include two pressings of Glass Beams’ Mirage, a 2015 pressing of AIR’s Moon Safari, and the clear vinyl version of The Black Crowes’ Happiness Bastards.
