Record Store Day 2024 is almost here and collectors from all over the world are getting ready to visit their favorite record stores on April 20, 2024 and pick up the latest RSD exclusives.
In collaboration with the regional RSD organizations listed below, Discogs is proud to present must-have releases that you can shop for across the globe. The Flirtations
Still Sounds Like The Flirtations
For Record Store Day 2024, The Flirtations will be releasing their first album of new material in 55 years. This RSD UK exclusive is limited to 1,000 copies and features the trio’s iconic soul sound with contributions from the Dap King horns and a song co-written by Stevie Wonder. Serious soul collectors will definitely want to track down the latest material from the group responsible for hits like “Nothing But A Heartache.”
Clouseau
Brandweer b/w September
The debut single from popular Belgian pop group Clouseau is being reissued to celebrate Record Store Day 2024 and the band’s 40th anniversary. Originally released in 1987, the single’s scarcity has made it a valuable collector’s item. This new RSD pressing marks the first time that the 7-inch has ever been reissued, so fans of Clouseau will be keeping close tabs on record stores in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Time Capsule. Australian Sounds. 1985-1994. Volume One.
For anyone looking to experience the eclectic sounds of Australian music from the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, this collection of songs is an essential RSD release. The extensive 2-LP compilation features tracks from artists such as Died Pretty, Falling Joys, Magic Dirt, and Tumbleweed and some of the musicians are donating their proceeds to Support Act, a charity that provides vital assistance to members of the Australian music industry.
The Weeknd
Live At SoFi Stadium
Canadian artist The Weeknd released a digital version of Live At SoFi Stadium in March 2023, so this RSD pressing marks the first time the album has been released on vinyl. Limited to 7,500 copies, the triple LP features live performances from two concerts that were part of The Weeknd’s After Hours til Dawn Tour in 2022.
Hassisen Kone
40 Vuotta Myöhemmin Ratinan Stadion 2022
Founded in 1979, Finnish rock band Hassisen Kone released three acclaimed albums between 1980 and 1982. Their unique blend of punk, new wave, and alternative rock helped them become immensely popular before they disbanded in 1982. Luckily, they’ve reformed for a few reunion concerts and this Record Store Day, they’re releasing a 3-LP set of live material from their sold out show in 2022.
Frank Turner
Girl From The Record Shop
English singer-songwriter Frank Turner is this year’s RSD Ambassador for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. To celebrate, Turner is releasing a 7-inch that features a song from his upcoming album and an exclusive B-side track called “All Night Crew.” Limited to only 700 copies, fans will definitely want to scoop up a copy if they find one in their local record stores.
Sinéad O’Connor
You Made Me the Thief of Your Heart
To celebrate the life and legacy of the late Irish singer-songwriter Sinéad O’Connor, a 30th anniversary reissue of the You Made Me the Thief of Your Heart single is being released for RSD 2024. Originally written for the In the Name of the Father soundtrack, this new edition is being pressed on clear vinyl and includes “The Father and His Wife The Spirit” on the B-side.
Jiro Inagaki And His Soul Media
In The Groove
Originally released in 1973, In The Groove is another must-have for fans of Funky Stuff or anyone looking for a seamless blend of jazz, rock, and funk. This limited-edition white vinyl reissue features an obi strip and is exclusive to RSD Japan, so fans may be on the hunt for this one long after Record Store Day 2024 has passed.
Elektryczne Gitary
A Ty Co
Polish band Elektryczne Gitary is this year’s RSD ambassador for Poland and they’re pressing their second and third albums on vinyl for the very first time. Their sophomore effort A Ty Co features a few of their most well-known songs, so collectors will definitely be on the lookout for one of the 400 copies pressed on blue and white marble vinyl.
