Profile: | Spanish composer, arranger, conductor and producer (Alicante, 1927 - Madrid, Nov. 30, 2005). A prolific musician who has played many genres, always within the style prevalent in the 60s and 70s. He has written songs for artists: such as Nino Bravo, Marisol and Rocio Durcal. Author of soundtracks of twenty films. Production Manager on Fonogram, S.A. from 1963 until 1981, has conducted and made arrangements for Juan Peña "El Lebrijano", Paco De Lucia (50% of his songs rights just for the score transcription...) or Los Chichos. Flamenco 1967 national award for his album Misa Flamenca · Misa Mozarabe. He also composed music for television series such as La Abeja Maya (Bee Maya) and the 1982 Football World Cup anthem. |
