Diggers Factory

It is unfortunate reading some of these reviews, because I recommend them to any collectors I come across. I have gotten a few records from them like Tems For Broken Ears, Oshun Bittersweet Vol. 1 & 2, KAYTRANADA TIMELESS, just to name a few. I have gotten all my records and am waiting for the others to ship when they are ready. I enjoy the website and love the selection of records they have. I find they are putting me on to new music which I love for me and the artists on the site.

I bought one of their records (Indiana Jones music - 2xLP) but not directly to them, to a french reseller (FNAC). I discovered coming back home that actually I had two times Disc 1 in the cover. I tried to contact them but I have absolutely no answer...

Great catalogue with limited edition gems! I have ordered a few times as there have been some discounts and I have always been very happy of my records. I have enjoyed browsing the website and the idea of the platform : producing vinyl records on demand with a system of pre-orders. It means you can get your vinyl in a few months sometimes but there is no waste and no money spent by independent artists. So I definetly recommend but might not be a good platform for too impatient diggers...;)

Ordered a vinyl more than a month ago, the company claims to send it but was never able to provide details where my package is and when it will arrive.
I am unsuccessfully trying to get a refund for my 40+ EUR order but Diggers just stops communicating.
Avoid at all costs, get your records elsewhere.
