Adaptation of the track 'Life Is Changing' by Cricco Castelli from the release Cricco Castelli - You Asked 4 It E.P. (credited on some releases on writing and producing the original track).
Contains uncredited samples of 'My Lady' performed by The Crusaders.
Originally released in 1998 with remixes by Freezzy Jam / Bulletproof (Paul Chambers) /Kobbe.
The 'Scaravillenium Mix' is related to Nicolas Scaravilli AKA Kid Creme, although he is uncredited on most releases.
More remixes came out in 1999: Mike 303 / Fresca Boys / Al-Faris & Andrew Wooden / Control Freaks (Glyn Williams & Frazer Trewick) / Wooden 'n' Farley (Andrew Wooden & Faris Al-Hassoni).
