- Venus is one of the more commercial releases on ITWT. Featuring the inimitable vocals of Jan Johnston, this successful 2003 release went on to become a staple of DJ mixes throughout the year. As a matter of fact, Venus is a great tune to mix into a live set as it includes favourable intros and outros.
The original mix was softer, and more of a progressive house tune than pure trance. Tiesto's Remix is undoubtedly the mix most ingrained into the trance community's collective consciousness, as it is much more trancey than the original version, especially highlighted at the final breakdown at 5.36.
