August XML Dump Incomplete

Just saw the latest August XML dump for releases and it's incomplete. It begins with release 14937412 and is less than 3GB compressed (as opposed to previous dumps which are over 10GB).

Given there was never a July extract produced, can someone explain what's going on?

I submitted a support request earlier today - hopefully we get a response from someone @ Discogs...

Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to contact support with this issue?

On 2nd of August I finally got a human reply for a support request submitted on July 7th (about the July data).

"This is a known issue, and our Product team is looking into it. In the meantime, our apologies for any inconvenience caused."

Leaving here some nerd stuff, hopefully it's useful to someone:

Last release Id in June data: 27252777
Total releases in August data: 4318302
First release Id in August data: 14937412
Last release Id in August data: 27842250
Index of release 27252777 in August data: 4146956
That would mean there are 171346 releases in August data that are not in June data.
Usually there are 90000 releases more month by month,
so I would dare to venture that with the June and August data combined we should have all releases (though none of the eventual edits of the missing ones obviously).

Agreed. And yes - as you point out, we are likely missing updates to any release ids < 14937412 that were made in June / July. It would just be helpful to hear from someone on the Discogs team that they're aware of and working on the issue.

It looks like the September dump is complete again.

It looked that way for a few hours, but when I checked the site today to see if September artists and labels were ready, I saw that releases was gone and no longer available for download.

Can someone from DISCOGS please respond and let us know the status / timing of complete downloads of releases, artists, and labels for September?

No download and no word from Discogs...

There were some issues with the dump. We are working on fixing the issue at this time.

Any reason the September releases dump was available on the website for a few hours and then subsequently pulled?

It's running now. Takes a few days to finish. I don't have a firm date, but it shouldn't be much longer.
