SACEM should be SACEM SACD SDRM SGDL I'm told
I enter the latter when I see the logo.
But as SACEM is the overseeing body of the others, I wonder why?
Also, does the SACEM logo ever feature any other sub-bodies?

If the logo is just that of Sacem, you enter Sacem, but normally you get the logo that mentions them all. And the overseeing body is currently BIEM whether mentioned or not.

Yes, sometimes (especially for self-releases or advance promo CD/CDr), just SACEM appears, so SACEM SDRM SACD SGDL is wrong in this case because there is also SACEM SDRM SACD SCAM (not SGDL) (and for those one the songs seem to not appear on SACEM's site database)

I second that.
The last Right Society changed at some time in the mid-2000's (still don't know why) and IMO it's important to note the difference (to be the most accurate).

I agree. ALL rights Societies visible on release should go in.
Even SACEM SACD SDRM SGDL when pertinent, even though they may all be contained within a box rule.

SACEM SACD SDRM SGDL has been the convention for at least 2 years I see, 1st the prime SACEM followed by the others in alphabetical order SACD SDRM SGDL - see: http://www.discogs.com/help/forums/topic/234824
