Some of these Groups haven't been active because they haven't been found by people who might have used them. I have put brackets and query marks against Groups that might not be active.
EDIT: Thread Title.
Subsequent edits as the list increases.
EDIT: changed the comment about query marks.

České?
That would be adjective neutrum, which would also require a neutrum subject.
The correct grammatical form to use is an adverb:
Česky
Clogwhistle
Slovak
Also an adverb:
Slovensky -

My point is that the new Users wouldn't think of looking at the Groups in the first place.
I had toyed with the idea of suggesting a change to the layout of the Group front page but it is in the regular Forums where we find cries for help with foreign language releases and by Users whose English isn't so strong.
PS Thanks for the help with the correct forms of some words. The parentheses should contain the correct name of the language, e.g. Français. -

Thinking of it, correct language names (substantives) would be Čeština and Slovenčina. But that describes just the language alone. In the given context, using the aforementioned adverbs is more natural and appropriate. -

Slavic (Yugoslavia) > Serbo-Croatian (Srpskohrvatski)
This is because there's actually no Slavic language. Slavic (or Slavonic) rather defines a group of languages. Serbo-Croatian used to be the official language in former Yugoslavia and is spoken by a large majority of inhabitants in that territory.

What do you all think of eventually having language-specific Forums?
For me, it is the visibility, or invisibility of these Groups that is the main problem. If new Users were made aware of the existence of these Groups then I think we would see more Users getting involved. At the moment the front page of the Forums has six tabs. Perhaps a seventh tab leading to a sub-menu of each language catered for?

Agreed.

What do you all think of eventually having language-specific Forums?
It could be very helpful to users who don't have a good command of English, particularly new users. I'm all for it. Then having a flag icon or icons to change to different language forums as is done on other sites would also solve the visibility issue. -

Counter-idea:
Promote the existing established and well admined language groups to sort of "supergroups", i.e. hierarchically positioned somewhere between the existing main forums (which in my opinion should remain English only) and the other theme-focused user groups. -

I really like this idea but I tried to do it ten years ago. I wanted more of a community and less of a second hand shop online as Amazon. I failed! But I did everything I could at the time, trust me! When the management of Discogs went Wiki all of the old editors and most of the moderators vanished. Discogs became an onlineshop just as I predicted. If it is possible to create a multicultural and multilingual community where everybody once again tries to help a new user to submit their records I will be back on board.
