    Buyer received product 1 week ago and was asked to confirm receipt, I have gotten no response. What can I do about this?

    I don't understand, the buyer received the item so why is Paypal involved?

    OP means New seller payment on hold by PayPal.

    If buyer does not confirm receipt, then have to wait for PayPal to confirm delivery via tracking if added to the PayPal transaction or wait the 21 days for PayPal to release funds. Must update order status (click Add Tracking Info button) on the PayPal payment before option to confirm receipt is available to buyer though.
