This is the greatest album of all time and 4 Men With Beards have forever left a stain on it's history by making a pressing so horrible, you could hear how bad it sounds on a Fisher-Price toy turntable. I can't emphasize enough how horrible this pressing is.

As others have said, a singularly terrible pressing. Sibilance, noise, and other assorted audio gremlins galore. Invest in an earlier pressing, or regret it later.

This pressing is depressingly awful. “Macbeth” sounds like it’s coming from an old timey record player from the 20s.

This seems to be a duplicate of John Cale - Paris 1919 Variant 2.

Mine is a German pressing (stated on both album cover and record labels album) with the same catalogue number

I'm not much of an audiophile (ironic, I know), so if I think a record sounds terrible it really does. And this record sounds terrible.

Probably the worst-sounding record in my collection. Do not buy this pressing! The album itself is very good.

Sounds muffled. As if there was cotton in one's ears. Are other pressings better?
