Many UK editions have 27/2/88 as a release date, which in my humble opinion is wrong. That’s the date in which it charted in the UK, and I’m pretty sure charts are dated according to the day in which they’re published, which means the new entries were released at least a week earlier.
Before anyone points to the Wikipedia entry, they appear to make the same mistake there. https://www.officialcharts.com/charts/singles-chart/19880221/7501/
