"Rut" opens side one to gasping voices and 2-note synths which speak of impending doom. The actual track itself bursts into fuzzy life on the spine of a computer-strict drum beat while the guitars scrawl their messages over the top. It's a grungy piece of music, but sounds great. Rather than tuned playing, the guitars form and reform the rhythm itself. This changes to a very Industrial intro before once more resuming the same formula. You are left to sprawling guitar after only a couple of minutes, wishing the drums would resume as it seems far too short. "Viande Froide" is a growing, metamorphosizing thing not unlike the intro to GILBERT & LEWIS's "Ends With The Sea", changing into Industrial sounds through gradual processes.
Side 2 opens with "Copulator" which is yet another guitar rhythm, this time with a machete-chopping rhythm which changes and complicates at will. It is eventually joined by drums, albeit deep in the mix, although it seemed to be coping well on it's own. "Fleshunting" comes next, another guitar-based thing with a tick-tock rhythm over which, through the guitar onslaught can be heard voices chanting in rhythm. It's a heady piece of music, a perfect trigger for hysteria. The guitars fade away to let you hear the dense vocal rhythm clearly - and it's a lot more complex than you'd have thought by just listening to it through the wall of sound. This climax of voice finally fades away like sustained feedback receiving a cure.

This is not easy music - it could easily give you a migraine, but it has such a wide experimental flavour, considering the limitations of the instruments, that it deserves full marks. Just goes to show you how good guitar music can sound.
