Notes
Album Sales: 1,000,000+
First Release Date: April 1990
The third studio album from Public Enemy. Like their previous album, "It Takes A Nation Of Millions To Hold Us Back", it is considered one of their most commercially successful albums as well as one of the most influential rap albums. Although the album was released in 1990, the first two singles, "Fight The Power" and "Welcome To The Terrordome", were released in 1989. Actually, Public Enemy had planned to release "Fear Of A Black Planet" in 1989.
"Fear Of A Black Planet" reached Number 10 in the Billboard Top 200 and produced five singles:
"Fight The Power"
"Welcome To The Terrordome"
"911 Is A Joke"
"Brothers Gonna Work It Out"
"Can't Do Nuttin' For Ya Man"

I bought this pressing 35 years ago and the only thing to complain it had to be a double album. Never the less the sound is good .en référence à Fear Of A Black Planet (LP, Blue Swirl, LP, Brown Swirl, All Media, Album, Club Edition, Reissue, Gatefold) VMP-RH049
I don't know if this is a gear issue with the bad reviews. I'm listening to it right now with VPI Prime turntable, Sumiko Blackbird lo output cart into a Manley Chinook phono and a Sansui 9090DB stereo, and I cannot even describe how good it sounds. Like listening to these songs for the first time. Very clear and loud with fantastic warm and smooth bass.- My copy also shows 262004E1/A in addition to
10-98258 / before the runout described above.
Anyone else see this on their copy? Thx - Is this version uncensored? I know it doesn't have the Parental Advisory Label, unless it's hiding behind the Back to Black sticker. I'm hoping it.

This sounds fantastic! Music split over 3 discs, giving grooves more space. It also helps that the vinyl is quiet. en référence à Fear Of A Black Planet (LP, Album) 466281 1
I’m impressed with this pressing. Don’t hesitate to pick up this version- Modifié il y a un moisU people realy cant listen to music cause u think something recorded 50 years ago should blow your hi fi systems. This pressing sounds awesome its just quiet....volume up and its banging...your ears are lifeless...

Why oh why was the first side split not put directly after Terrordome?!
