I thought I was quite familiar with the basics of UK post punk, but by the time I got to disc 3 of this set, that idea went down the toilet. This is one weird collection of songs by some very familiar names. Kudos to John Reed for compiling it. It really does stretch your imagination. Actually, the only track that seems out of place here is Cartrouble by Adam & The Ants.
Should I expect more weirdness on discs 4 & 5 ?
Hopefully so.....
