I heard this out on NYE that just passed. Magical moment that made 2020 somewhat worth it.

Don't understand the hype with this one. Maybe I'm missing something.

I just happened to be sampling this record at the exact same time that I had Maceo Plex - Solar Detroit playing on my turntable. Anyone hear the similarity in the lead synth?

whole 12" is amazing! of course.. the obvious dreamy 'what's a girl to do' is a song that draws much attention but i think all other tracks are also more than solid. 'plum jelly' is a perfect set opener.. mysterious and beautiful arpeggiated sounds.. really sets the mood. while 'half moon rising' is one of these tracks that if dropped at the right moment, will put the whole dance floor in a trans. and also 'between worlds' - a nice homage to drexciya sound. really amazing ep and not just because of a1. buy it while it's available.. hardwax should still have a copy or two!

what were i'm doin' in 2004, that i missed this beauty of a track!!?? this is so def in my alltime fav list - leaves just one question - What’s A Girl To Do??!!
