Domestic (USA) Shipping Costs:
Shipping for any amount of LP's/45's/CD's is $5, 1 is 5 dollars, 1000 is still 5 dollars. Media Mail USPS service Includes free delivery confirmation
for domestic orders in the USA.
Priority shipping can also be arranged. Please contact me with this request after placing your order.
International Shipping Costs:
Note On 7 Inch Records / CDs- Please Wait for Invoice if you order any 45's internationally, 1 7 inch or CD for 14.99 , depending on the composition of your order the price can vary heavily due to the weight difference in packing between even a few ounces
CANADA: $13.73 for one LP, additional varies by weight. If the price looks off to you before checking out, contact me directly and I can fix the issue
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL: $ 19.99 for one to 2 LPs (prices vary above this). 19.99 for up to ten 7" records, ask me to send an invoice after buying. Anything above 4 pounds, usually about 5-6 12 inch records, requires a different class of mail above first class, priority mail, which is more expensive and I will invoice you once it is weighed out.
For all larger international purchases I highly recommend priority mail flat rate from the USPS. I can ship around 19-20 12 inch LP's for 69.95, a great value with tracking, usually this will arrive a good deal faster as well.
For an estimate any shipping charges, please check the United States Postal Service's site, the Postage Shipping Calculator here:
You may return items for a refund with a valid reason (item not as described, damaged heavily, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in order to obtain a refund. You must provide a tracking number / delivery confirmation for any returned items.
Smaller pen marks, light pencil on jacket/center label, etc. may be expected on sleeves or records graded VG or below. If you have any concerns about this please ask for pictures BEFORE ordering; orders will not be refunded if you have not asked for pictures. I will be happy to answer any questions before the sale, but post-sale, I will not "haggle" on these issues.
I try to grade records as accurately and as conservatively as possible, according to the Goldmine Standards. If you have specific questions about a record, please ask me and I will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied.
How I Grade
M - Sealed only. If any defects are visible on the record through the original shrink wrap I will say so in the comments.
NM - I will grade NM when the record looks free of any marks or scratches that I can see under bright light. Dust may be present on an NM LP. Jackets are NM if there are any markings or scuffs. I usually never grade even very clean newer items NM on the jacket as it's so open to interpretation or extremely minor creasing/corner wear in transit.
VG+ - I will grade VG+ to wax if the marks/scuffs/scratches are small / lightly audible or do not adversely affect general playback. Jackets are VG+ if they have "normal" ring wear or markings which are considered in my opinion to be minor. I realize there is a lot of wiggle room here so I try and be as conservative as possible, especially on jackets.
VG - I rate VG whenever I am on the fence over a VG+ grade for wax. Usually this involves more prominent markings/scuffs/scratches which may cause some playable noise but no repeating skips and no extreme visual defects. Jackets may have smaller (around 1 inch) pen markings that are considered to be unobtrusive, if this is an issue for you please ask for pictures before ordering.
G+ - Anything graded at g+ means basically "beat up". This does not mean that it's worthless or unplayable at all, just that deeper scratches / pops / and surface noise will most likely be present and somewhat prominent. Jacket may contain heavier staining/splitting and ring wear. If you buy a G+ record please understand these issues. You will save some serious money but these are strictly "budget" copies.
If your item is held up in customs in your country, I cannot and will not refund your money, case closed. Please understand it is not reasonable to expect a merchant to control international packaging held up by an external entity.
Questions or Concerns
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any specific questions. I realize that record condition is often in the eye of the beholder, and want to make sure my customers understand what is being purchased.
If you have doubts or concerns about a particular record listing, please be sure to contact me before the sale with any questions or issues, and I will try to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Note on Sealed/New Items
New/Mint Sealed Items, especially new re-issues, will not be opened before shipment. Assume it is the black regular version unless the comments say otherwise. Also, discounts on these items will be very limited or not available due to overhead restrictions, I have "make an offer" open on most of these items due to convenience and negotiation purposes for other larger orders, thanks for understanding.
