Modificato 21 giorni faI am no Beatles nerd and I don't have an opportunity to compare this pressing with the original UK pressing (or any other for that matter) but in my opinion it sounds good. Personally, enjoyed listening to it a lot and I would imagine that 99% of people would to. As far as the quality of the record goes I have no complaints, the record is flat, clean and quiet. I would recommend it
I understand all the reservations of remixing and remastering such monumental albums. But everything I disliked about the original pressings I heard (weak bass, channel separation overkill and a somehow croaking midrange) is gone. The pressing is excellent and I of course will keep this one in my collection.- Great pressing - sounds wonderful to me. No complaints :)
Don't understand the criticism of this pressing whatsoever. This is a vast improvement on those dreadful, heavily separated stereo mixes that seemed to be the thing in the late 60s. This brings the two channels together so beautifully and the added bass pleases my bass-loving ears so much. Runs rings round the digital and the quality of the pressing is top notch.- I personally love all the Beatles remixes. What were always thin, weedy overly hard panned original Stereo mixes now have what was great about the mono cuts with the added brilliance of being in stereo. Everything sounds richer and more beautiful.
This Optimal pressing is very good too, however i feel my QRP pressing goes one further in sounding flawless. 
Bought brand new sealed from Amazon. Record is mostly flat and well centered. Pressing quality is pretty okay, no major flaw and it's quiet for the most part. I've not heard any other versions of this album, but the mastering sounds well balanced and quite enjoyable to my ears. Probably not the best pressing of this iconic album, but this remaster worth the price IMHO. Not much to complaint about. 4.65 / 5

Modificato 11 mesi faNot sure about this one. Not great separation- Ringo seems way buried in the mix, especially A1 and A2
A3 seems to settle things down a bit better. I'm not a huge fan of the Beatles and don't know if this is a fault of this pressing or the master they were working from?- Purchased this in Rough Trade in London when visiting there a week ago. this pressing is amazing. quiet, very full and warm. LOVE IT.
Modificato 1 anno faClear,dynamic and heavy bass. An amazing press in my humble opinion. I bought this for 20 euro... a bloody steal. The only flaw is the cover reproduction....its kind of lifeless.
