LP2 - Recorded in Paris in January 1939, and March, 1940, and first issued on records numbered DB 11205 - DB 11211 by H.M.V.
All transferred to L.P. in Paris in 1964 and first issued in this form in September 1964, in Paris, on record No. COLH 304 in the "Gravure Iluustres" Series.
Re-mastered for World Record Club, 1971.

Issued together in separate textured sleeves. Only known Australian WRC edition.
