An almost perfect compilation. To find it cover-mounted as a giveaway was such a pleasing gift too. This thoughtfully-compiled disc switched me onto a ton of bands from Wagon to The Silver Jews. More importantly several of those bands like Lambchop, Willard Grant Conspiracy and The Handsome Family went on to become lifetime favourites. A wonderful introduction to alt-country and well worth seeking out.
