New Risen Throne – Flowing Ashes

Not sure if this is considered to be an album or EP - but either way it delivers some pretty chilling dark ambience. Track 1, which is basically divided into 2 songs (you won't notice much a change in the style throughout the 27 minute track), is your standard drone work. Track 2 is where it gets interesting. There is talking through out the entire track and while its hard to make out what being said, it seems to be a man and woman doing a ritual chant. Creepy stuff.

Dark ambient fans should pick this one up.
