プロフィール:	American recording studio opend in August 1975 as the successor to the demolished WARP Studios, founded by Hank O'Neal. The most of the Chiaroscuro Records productions were made here. The physical studio structure has been gone in December 1980 as the lease was not renewed. The trade name, Downtown Sound, has remained in use ever since, and can be found on all the Chiaroscuro live CDs issued over the years. The mobile studio is listed as Downtown Sound Remote.
