Suzanne Vega – Flying With Angels

Agree - there's not much grey.
Excellent songs, well recorded, excellent pressing.
This record is better than many audiophile releases.

I ordered mine straight from the Suzanne Vega website. No one redirected me to Barnes & Noble.

This is the Barnes and nobles red copy yes ?

Flat, beautiful sounding vinyl. More like "semi transparent-black smoke" than grey to my eyes. Cool/quality art/outer and inner sleeve.

Huh? According to the images this is the "Limited Edition Red Smoke Vinyl", COOKLP943XX, Barcode 711297924374?
Could anyone please resolve this mess?

This is a welcomed return to form for Suzanne Vega, and most of the songs on this album are instantly recognizable as hers. My only gripes are that the CD’s shrink wrap was so tight that one corner of the cardboard sleeve was bending; clearly a production quality control issue, but I expect better. Finally, while I appreciate the book of lyrics, most of the songs deviate from the printed lyrics to various degrees. The one source of truth has to be what was sung, and clearly the lyrics were printed prior to the recording of the album.

Why hasn’t anyone put this record on discogs. Did the copies actually make it to the shores or is it delayed? Amazon is showing this as unavailable. Barnes and nobles not in stock. No copies at my record store.
