Wonderful pressing of some outstanding instrumentals!
Surface noise is very low with minimal amounts of pops & clicks throughout. No sibilance issues to be noted - just a crips, dynamic sound being scratched out of the grooves. Sleeve is very detailed though a bit thin, which really isn't an issue at all.
Definitely recommended!

Just beautiful music. RIP to one of the greatest legends of Hip-Hop.

This does not sound particularly good. Although the vinyl is silent, it's quite sibilant. More importantly, the mastering is rather poor. It sounds very compressed with muffled vocals. The recording is also very loud, so I need to turn back the volume a lot, which makes matters worse.

Can anybody tell something about the qualtity of that 'golden' colored vinyl. I got a very well sounding press of U2's 'The Joshua Tree' anniversary edition on heavy (180gram +?) vinyl which is really one of the Top 10 in quality issues. Is that well listenable?

Where's the numbering? Can't seem to find it on my copy.

This is still available from the Vinyl Me Please webstore. They offer a "crate subscription" at $6 a month that doesn't get the monthly record but does get access to the store. Even counting that cost, it puts this at $33, well below these flipper prices. Go there first.

The master technician of the beat serves up some classic cuts. Anyone who is a novice to the legend that is Jay Dee is in for a lesson with this release,some great names taking duties on the rhyme with J Dillla providing legendary beats from the vaults. Classic stuff.
