In 1990, Arcade Entertainment Holdings acquired (part of) the catalogue from Welk Group and reissued these under the "Vanguard Classics" banner.
Omega Record Group, Inc. did the same in the US, using the same name but a different logo. Some of these were in conjunction with Musical Heritage Society.
In September 1998, Silverminds Music took over Arcade's rights.
