The WMO label released archive works from the English art rock group Wire. Though not run by the band, the label did operate under the band's approval. It existed from 1995 until 2001, releasing twelve cds and one 2xLP. Two of the releases were tribute albums featuring Wire songs, while another two were compilations of unreleased Wire material. The remaining releases were solo works from Wire members. All releases are currently out of print. WMO is an acronym for Wire Mail Order.
