American record label based in Detroit, Michigan, and founded by Harry Balk in 1967. The label released 4 singles before Motown's Berry Gordy bought out the label in 1968. Three more singles were issued while the label was under Motown ownership.

Initially, the label was run out of the same location as Impact Records (11), another one of Balk's labels.
