Established in 1969 by the motion picture company Beverly Hills Studios. Morris I. Diamond was hired to manage the record company and the studios new publishing companies; Tara and Beverly-Culver Music. Diamond seems to have left the company by Nov. 1974 and Beverly Hills Records was probably no longer active by then, but has since been revived at some point.
