Kikapu Net.Label

Kikapu was founded by Brad Mitchell. It was primarily a net label, which means that it offered music that is available exclusively through free mp3 downloads, and it also offered the occasional CD/DVD release as well. Styles are free-ranging, but often focus on ambient, IDM, and other experimental-oriented sounds.

The label existed from 2001-2008 and came back for a short bit during 2011-2012.

The label started off in Springfield, MO, USA, then moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada at beginning of 2004. The label moved again to Switzerland in April 2007.
