I have multiple copies of the Jazz Is Dead CDs Vol. 1 to 5. Some are in jewel cases, some are in Digipak. So far no entry in Discogs for any of the CDs is calling out the packaging, so I will add this and also submit additional entries where the same volume exists in jewel case as well as Digipak packaging. What's the background story? Did the original lable manufacture two different versions? Are they US vs EU versions? Or has this entire series already been bootlegged?
