Profile:	Label from Toronto, Canada. Rock and dance-music oriented. Formed in March 29, 1979 by Andrew Crosbie, Angus MacKay and others. Officially closed in 1985 but compilations of its catalog have been made available on CD from MapleMusic. Fringe Product and Kids' Records both began as spinoff labels that continued as independents after the demise of Ready Records.
