First division of Banshee Worx BVBA (the company which took over the Lightning Records NV catalogue after its bankruptcy in March 2003), focused on House, Tech House, Techno, Deep, Chill & Lounge, the second being Subtraxx Recordings, focused on Trance & Dance. Formed in 2010 by DJ Fly (owner & founder of the Lightning Records and Banshee Worx trademarks), Marnik Braeckevelt aka Marnix B, Laurent Véronnez aka Airwave and Yves Deruyter.
