Profile:	The Company was set up in 1992 to release tracks from Italian dance music label Media Records in the UK. On early releases the label name was shown as Media UK until 1993 when only Media Records was shown. In 1994 MCA Records Ltd. purchased the rights and continued releasing tracks until 1998. Jointly-owned by Gianfranco Bortolotti, Diego Leoni and Pete Pritchard. Media Records Ltd. continued to release tracks through various labels including Nukleuz, BXR(UK) and UMM(UK) until 2007.
