Former printing and packaging company, located in Köln, Germany.
One of its foremost clients was EMI Electrola GmbH. The company was owned by Unilever until the whole 4P group of companies was sold to the Dutch Van Leer group in 1991, after economic set backs in the 1980's. The new owners drastically reduced the number of employees and the Cologne factory was probably closed around that time. In 1997, the Belgian packaging company Van Genechten took over the company with 500 employees. In 1998, sales were 47 million euros. The company's current name is VG Nicolaus GmbH.
