Publishing company owned by Armen Boladian and affiliated to BMI. Incorporated 21 January 1969.
In Detroit, Armen Boladian signed Funkadelic in 1969 to his newly formed record label. He then went on to sign Ohio Players, Detroit Emeralds, Denise LaSalle, Byron MacGregor and others.
Artists such as Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Master P, MC Hammer, Eminem, De La Soul and many others have since then using samples of their work.
