Elaton (2)

Mastering / lacquer cutting studio in Offenbach, Germany. Full name: Ela-Tontechnik. Do not confuse with the Hannover label Elaton.

Founded by Djamil Mehtieff in May 1973; after working for other studios for a while, Mehtieff revived Elaton until its final closure in December 2002.

Lacquer cuts can be recognized bu "E-T", "et" or "elaton4ù" etchined in the runouts.
