US publishing company. It was created by Lou Levy, Sammy Kahn and Saul Chaplin as the BMI affiliated (IPI #8728773) publishing imprint of their Leeds Music Group (ASCAP affiliated) likely in the 1940s. On November 25, 1964, it was purchased by MCA Inc. as part of the purchase of the wider group.

Also appears as "Duchess Music Corporation", "Duchess·Music Corp., Inc." and "Duchess Mus. Corp." or sometimes misspelled as "Dutchess Music Corp." or "Dutches Music Corp." on releases.
