It is safe to say that Static caravan, along with similarly-oriented labels such as City Centre Offices, focuses on very upbeat electronica, often with IDM or postrock leanings. High points include their large back catalog of 7"s (if you can find them) by such now-familiar names as Lithops, Sybarite, Pimmon, Magnetophone, ISAN, and E*Vax, among others, and their recent full-lengths by Sybarite, Tarentel, and Charles Atlas.
