Profile:

The Town & Country Club was a 2,100 capacity theatre-style venue in Kentish Town in North London, England, built in 1934 and was originally an art deco cinema.

After the cinema was closed, the venue re-opened as an Irish dance hall called The Forum, in the mid 80's it changed direction to a general live music venue under the name of The Town & Country Club.

The venue was bought in 1993 and was renamed the The Forum, London. Despite the changes made to the name it has remained one of most well-known places to play in London.
