Henry Street Music


Brooklyn, New York House label founded in 1994 by Johnny "D" De Mairo. The first release was numbered 162 after Johnny "D" De Mairo's old street address.
Distributed by NCP from 1994 to 1996 (HS 162 to HS 202), Strictly rhythm Records, Inc. from 1996 to 2000 (HS 500+) and US Music Corp. from 2000 to 2004. The label is now digital-only.
Clone Distribution reissued six releases on vinyl in 2014 to mark the label's 20th anniversary. Further reissues followed in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The name and label design was inspired by early disco label Henry Street Records.
