• Mastered from the original analog tapes or best available source by top mastering engineers
• Cut at 45 RPM and pressed on 180-gram heavyweight vinyl

• First 2,000 pressings of each title will be numbered editions and pressed at Quality Record Pressings. The number is imprinted in gold on the back cover. Beyond the first 2,000 pressings of each title, non-numbered copies will be available. Most non-numbered copies will be pressed at QRP but some may be pressed at RTI, if QRP presses become too busy.

Of the 2,000 numbered copies, the first 500 copies are split into three different limited and numbered subscription sets:
- guaranteed number between 1-100 (full cost up front)
- guaranteed number between 101-250 (paid up front with 5% discount)
- guaranteed number between 251-500 (recurring payments each month prior to shipping)

Note: On the titles released in the first few months the pressing plant is only identifiable from the plant's sticker on the front of the outer plastic bag. This can be discarded or lost after opening and stickers are not considered to identify a unique release. Runouts appear to be identical for numbered copies, which are pressed by QRP, and unnumbered copies, even when the latter comes with a RTI sticker.
Consequently, where copies are otherwise identical except:
- they are individually numbered; or
- one is individually numbered and another is unnumbered; and/or
- on the outer plastic bag one has a 'Quality Record Pressings' sticker and another a 'RTI' sticker
they are considered to be the same release.
Release Notes suggested inclusion
For each title Release Notes should have comments such as the following added:
• First 2,000 pressings are numbered on the back of the jacket and pressed at Quality Record Pressings; and
• Unnumbered copies may be pressed at either Quality Record Pressings or RTI, which is only identified by the sticker on the outer plastic bag.
