Progressive and avantgarde record label founded in 1973 by producer, graphic designer & art director Gianni Sassi.
Publishing branch: Edizioni Musicali Cramps Music S.r.l..
The distribution was entrusted first to the Dischi Ricordi S.p.A., from 1975 to the Baby Records S.r.l., and finally from 1977 to the Phonogram S.P.A.; when, in 1980, Gianni Sassi closed the label, it was the Dutch-owned record company that incorporated the entire catalog.
